COLLEGE REPRESENTATIVE PROGRAM

College Representative Program basically aims at achieving the vision of EPROFESS GROUP. A student would be selected as a College Representative from every college based on his academic and aptitude performance and extracurricular activities, who will be able to associate EPROFESS actively. The selected College Representative, in his entire tenure would be equipped with tools that would be aimed to bring about his personal development as well as advancement in communication and management skills and will be assigned with certain roles and responsibilities which they have to complete.

Roles and Responsibilities of CR
 
 
  • Putting up posters of EPROFESS events within 3 days of receiving.
  • Promoting EPROFESS post and events by sharing it in Social Networking Websites.
  • Coordinating with us in organising workshops in their college.
  • Planning and organising EPROFESS related event in their college with the support of us.
  • Encourage students to take the membership of EPROFESS.

  • Free 1 year EPROFESS student Membership.
  • Improve your communication , management and technical skills to conduct EPROFESS events in your college.
  • They will be invited to the conferences organized by EPROFESS.
  • Certificate of Appreciation will be provided after the successful completion of the complete term.
  • Get a chance to build a strong network with other fellow College Representatives from all over India.
  • An opportunity to build your communication skills as you get to interact with other College Representatives and
    your college students to publicise EPROFESS in your campus.
  • They can participate free of cost in the workshop organised by EPROFESS in their college.
  • Assured Placement support after they pass out from their college.
  • They will get certain points on completion of some roles as defined below.
  • If any CR completes 100 Points he/she will get a gift of cost around Rs.5000/-
  • CR with highest points in a month will be awarded as the “Best CR Of The Month”.
Selection Criteria
 
 
  • Interested students can register themselves along with their resumes.
  • Students must be indulged in extracurricular activities along with good academic records.
  • Technically sound students will given preference.
  • They must have good presentation skills as well as leadership quality.
  • Their resumes will be screened by us and will be informed to them, if selected.
Terms and Conditions
 
 
  • EPROFESS shall send all the publicity materials to the respective colleges, but will not be liable for extra cost incurred by the CR.
  • The representation can be revoked at any time of the year if the CR fails to perform reasonably well.
